After a cold skate, it was time to make stew. Well, the stew making happened Saturday. I chopped all the veggies and Jason put it all together. So yummy! I couldn't believe there was such a beautiful sunbean shining in right onto the counter when I was preparing the veggies. This is a spot in our home that never sees a sunbeam. I love the light at this time of the year in the late afternoon.
