It has come up so quickly this year, this thanksgiving stuff. Since we are going to a variety of turkey eating events this weekend, I needed to make something yummy just to eat at home. I have never made a chiffon pie before, but this recipy looked not-too-hard (although it did involve gelatin, which is all new to me).
